The Empowerment Studio is doing something brand new -- we're hosting our very first Empowerment Studio Festival! From October 9–11, 2025, we’re bringing together three days of connection, play, and joyful embodiment both online and in-person in Kansas City. Expect cozy coffee chats, a c@nnabis meditation, live interviews, giveaways, a dance party (my DJ Kinzie debut!), and even some brand-new Empowerment Studio merch. This festival is a taste of how the Empowerment Experience feels -- a chance to move, laugh, breathe, and play together in community.
