A criminal super cartel ally of Daniel Kinahan is due for release but now Dutch authorities want Ricardo Riquelma Vega also known as El Rico to be prosecuted again so they can keep him in jail.
El Rico, who is known as the most dangerous Chilean in the world, made a business arrangement to take over the European Cocaine market with Kinahan and others but was arrested in Santiago not long after the Irish mob bosses wedding in Dubai.
