President Trump is set to sign an executive order on TikTok this week, in which a new U.S. entity would license, retrain and update a copy of TikTok's algorithm. Users would have the same access to the global content on the app that they have now. Oracle is set to play a major part in that, just as the company announces a major CEO shakeup.
