Claudette was last seen on July 27, 1977 at Camp Plein Air Familial on Chemin Hemming when she was camping with her family. She reportedly left on her bike around noon. Her remains would be found on October 9, 1986, in a wooded area of the Domaine la Réserve in Saint Lucien.
