No: Høstløvet knaste under føttene til Sindre, Maren og Ingrid da de gikk opp stien mot den koselige hytta.
En: The autumn leaves crunched under the feet of Sindre, Maren, and Ingrid as they walked up the path towards the cozy cabin.
No: Birkerne rundt dem sto stolt i gull og oransje.
En: The birch trees around them stood proudly in gold and orange.
No: Den friske høstluften gjorde kinnene deres røde.
En: The fresh autumn air made their cheeks red.
No: Sindre, en naturentusiast, så opp mot den skyfulle himmelen og tenkte på sitt store håp den helgen: å se nordlyset og ta det perfekte bildet.

No: "Vi kan ikke la litt skyer stoppe oss.
En: "We can’t let a few clouds stop us.
No: Det blir gøy uansett!
En: It’ll be fun anyway!"
No: "Hytta var liten, men varm og koselig.
En: The cabin was small, but warm and cozy.
No: Den hadde en peis som knirket i hjørnet, og store vinduer som nesten fikk skogen til å føles som om den var inne i stuen.
En: It had a fireplace that creaked in the corner, and large windows that almost made the forest feel as if it was inside the living room.
No: Etter en rask middag snakket de om hva som ventet dem.
En: After a quick dinner, they talked about what awaited them.
No: "Månen er knapt synlig gjennom skyene nå, men vi kan ikke vente til alt er perfekt," sa Sindre med en besluttsomhet han ikke alltid følte.
En: "The moon is barely visible through the clouds now, but we can’t wait for everything to be perfect," said Sindre with a determination he didn’t always feel.
No: "Vi går opp til åsen over hytta.
En: "Let’s go up to the ridge above the cabin.
No: Det kan være vår eneste sjanse.
En: It might be our only chance."
No: "Ingrid nølte et øyeblikk.
En: Ingrid hesitated for a moment.
No: "Det er kaldt ute, men la oss prøve.
En: "It’s cold outside, but let’s try.

En: Maybe we’ll see something."
No: "De pakket seg inn i varme jakker, tok med kameraet og gikk ut i mørket.
En: They wrapped themselves in warm jackets, grabbed the camera, and went out into the darkness.
No: Luften var skarp, og pusten deres ble til små røykstrimler.
En: The air was crisp, and their breath turned into small puffs of smoke.
