SSAB - September 9, 2025
Description
Is it allergies or something else?
What a thunderstorm! Big!
Tried to record SLV podcast, didn’t happen, but NEW VIDEO up!
Workout in! A bit of full body weights, then a 4.05 km run in 27.59. (In an effort to quell the allergies.)
Gotta remember: tomorrow I have an APP-building class.
