The guys make a warm, welcoming equal-parts drink hailing from a New York City club in the 30's. The cocktail became so popular that Bénédictine began selling a ready-made B&B blend in 1937.
B&B recipe:
Pour hot water into a snifter and discard it to warm the glass. Pour brandy in first, then use a bar spoon to "float' the Benedictine gently into the glass.
