22-year-old Tyler Robinson has been charged with aggravated murder in the fatal shooting of far-right extremist Charlie Kirk. Utah prosecutors say they will seek the death penalty. Court filings allege Robinson planned the attack for more than a week, confessed in text messages to his roommate, and left DNA on the rifle believed to be the murder weapon. Investigators also say his mother identified him in photos released by police. Robinson remains held without bail and is expected to make his first court appearance via video.
