Description
Surf's up, coastal crew! The National Weather Service is dropping some serious wave intel for our stretch of California coastline.

Hold onto your boards because today's looking wild along Malibu and LA County beaches. We're talking a hefty 3 to 6 feet of surf with a seriously spicy rip current risk that's cranked up to HIGH. Lifeguards are on high alert, so swimmers and surfers need to bring their A-game and stay extra vigilant.

Water temperatures are sitting sweet between 65 and 72 degrees - perfect for catching some waves. We've got a mixed south and west swell creating some dynamic ocean conditions. Tide-wise, expect a morning high around 4.1 feet rolling in at 8:43 AM, with another evening high of 5.6 feet cruising through at 7:07 PM.

Ventura County's looking similarly energetic with 3 to 5 foot waves and that same high rip current warning. Water's slightly cooler hovering between 65 and 69 degrees but still totally rideable.

Santa Barbara's taking it easier with smaller 1 to 3 foot waves and a low rip current risk. Water's a bit chillier ranging from 62 to 68 degrees - more of a casual surf scene.

San Luis Obispo is bringing the heat with solid 3 to 6 foot waves and mixed west and south swells. Water's on the cooler side at 56 to 64 degrees.

Wednesday's forecast shows things calming down a bit with moderate rip current risks and slightly smaller surf. A slight chance of thunderstorms might add some extra excitement to your maritime adventures.

Stay safe, stay stoked, and read those wave conditions carefully! Catch you on the flip side.
