Your Family is your Priority in Life‼️ Don’t Give Up on Nasty Relatives, Jesus

‭‭Matthew‬ ‭13‬:‭55‬-‭57‬

“Is this not the carpenter’s son? Is not His mother called Mary? And His brothers James, Joses, Simon, and Judas? And His sisters, are they not all with us? Where then did this Man get all these things?” So they were offended at Him. But Jesus said to them, “A prophet is not without honor except in his own country and in his own house.””

IN ALMOST EVERY FAMILY THERE ARE NASTY RELATIVES WHO ARE DIFFICULT TO LIVE WITH BUT WE ARE TO CONTINUE BEING PATIENT WITH THEM GOD CAN CHANGE THEM. THE BROTHERS OF JESUS WERE VERY DIFFICULT TO LIVE WITH.

‭‭John‬ ‭7‬:‭2‬-‭5‬

“Now the Jews’ Feast of Tabernacles was at hand. His brothers therefore said to Him, “Depart from here and go into Judea, that Your disciples also may see the works that You are doing. For no one does anything in secret while he himself seeks to be known openly. If You do these things, show Yourself to the world.” For even His brothers did not believe in Him.”

Mark‬ ‭3‬:‭20‬-‭21‬ ‭

“Then the multitude came together again, so that they could not so much as eat bread. But when His own people heard about this, they went out to lay hold of Him, for they said, “He is out of His mind.””

ALTHOUGH JESUS WAS NEAR DISOWNING THEM HE NO DOUBT CONTINUED TO PRAY FOR THEM ACCORDING TO HIS TEACHING

Mark‬ ‭3‬:‭32‬-‭35‬

“And a multitude was sitting around Him; and they said to Him, “Look, Your mother and Your brothers are outside seeking You.” But He answered them, saying, “Who is My mother, or My brothers?” And He looked around in a circle at those who sat about Him, and said, “Here are My mother and My brothers! For whoever does the will of God is My brother and My sister and mother.””

‭‭Luke‬ ‭6‬:‭27‬-‭28‬ ‭NIV‬‬

““But to you who are listening I say: Love your enemies, do good to those who hate you, bless those who curse you, pray for those who mistreat you.”

AFTER JESUS DEATH AND RESURRECTION JESUS’ BROTHERS CHAMPIONED HIS CAUSE! DON’T GIVE UP ON NASTY RELATIVES WHEN GOD FINALLY OPENS THEIR EYES THE WILL CHAMPION THE CAUSE OF CHRIST MORE THAN YOU‼️

“These all continued with one accord in prayer and supplication, with the women and Mary the mother of Jesus, and with His brothers.”

Galatians‬ ‭1‬:‭18‬-‭19‬

“Then after three years I went up to Jerusalem to see Peter, and remained with him fifteen days. But I saw none of the other apostles except James, the Lord’s brother.”

“Jude, a servant of Jesus Christ and a brother of James, To those who have been called, who are loved in God the Father and kept for Jesus Christ:”

PRAY THAT ONE DAY YOUR NASTY RELATIVES WILL OBTAIN MERCY LIKE THE APOSTLE PAUL

“although I was formerly a blasphemer, a persecutor, and an insolent man; but I obtained mercy because I did it ignorantly in unbelief. And the grace of our Lord was exceedingly abundant, with faith and love which are in Christ Jesus. This is a faithful saying and worthy of all acceptance, that Christ Jesus came into the world to save sinners, of whom I am chief.”
