A few years ago, I heard that Super Markets were considering changing expiration dates on food. They replaced it with "Best if Used By." 

Maybe you should treat your life the same?

I've long known that everything has an expiration date. Nothing goes on forever. Everything will come to an end.

What's good may become not so-good. 

What's bad may become great. 

Life will be born; life will die. 

This incredible ebb and flow is just the way of the Universe.

Change in life is inevitable and always lurking around the corner. To me, making the best of what you've been given - right now - makes a lot of sense.
