- The key to success as an entrepreneur is a very obvious but overlooked attribute, and that’s focus. Tom has spent almost all of his time developing Fame and thinking up new ways to help it grow, but on the other side of this, he enjoys and gets energized by doing new things; it’s about finding the balance between focusing your attention on what you’re passionate about, whilst also creating new and exciting stuff.
- People, whether they’re an entrepreneur or not, make most of their decisions based on mistakes they’ve made in the past. Mistakes are made for learning, and in fact, all successful people have made mistakes - you’d be hard-pressed to find someone that hasn’t.
