Katie Skorupa’s near-death experience began after a tiger snake bite sent her into paralysis and a race against time for treatment. In surrendering control, she entered a boundless realm of love and calm, where fear and pain disappeared. There, she was asked if she wanted to go “home,” but the vision of her young daughter reminded her of her purpose and unfinished work in this life. Choosing to return, Katie came back with the deep knowing that she would heal and carry forward her renewed awareness of life’s meaning.
