Taking you back to - 11/17/2009 - With a guest you may or may not have heard of…or remember, if you are a long time fan of the show…Does anyone remember Julie Reinhart of “She Smoke” fame?? Yes, Julie made a few appearances on the show way back in the day…her and her husband owned a BBQ restaurant out in the Pacific Northwest, she wrote a book…called “She Smoke”...and in this segment we talked about turkey preparation…since we are closer to Thanksgiving…this will be some great info as we are just over a week away.
