Sk: Vo vzduchu bola cítiť jemná vôňa letného konca.
En: In the air, there was a faint scent of the end of summer.

Sk: V bunkri bolo ticho.
En: In the bunker it was quiet.

Sk: Jemné hučanie ventilátora narúšalo pokoj.
En: The gentle hum of the fan disrupted the peace.

Sk: Adela, Marek a Zuzana sedeli na kovových stoličkách.
En: Adela, Marek, and Zuzana sat on metal chairs.

Sk: Bunker bol osvetlený jen slabým svetlom.
En: The bunker was lit by only a dim light.

Sk: Na stenách boli zavesené pokyny pre prípad núdze.
En: Instructions for emergencies were hung on the walls.

Sk: Dnes mali všetky pokyny ožiť.
En: Today, all the instructions were to come to life.

Sk: Bola totiž plánovaná veľká cvičná evakuácia.
En: A large evacuation drill was planned.

Sk: Adela sa snažila zvoliť správny tón hlasu.
En: Adela tried to choose the right tone of voice.

Sk: „Máme tu cvičný deň.
En: "We have a drill today.

Sk: Viem, že to môže byť občas zdĺhavé, ale je to dôležité,“ začala Adela so závažím v hlase.
En: I know it can be tedious at times, but it's important," began Adela with a weight in her voice.

Sk: Hľadala povzbudenie v ich očiach, ale našla len Marekov skeptický pohľad a Zuzanin únikový pohľad inam.
En: She sought encouragement in their eyes, but found only Marek's skeptical look and Zuzana's evasive gaze looking elsewhere.

Sk: „Vážne, Adela?
En: "Seriously, Adela?

En: Marek joked.

Sk: Rád kazil vážne chvíle svojím humorom.
En: He liked to spoil serious moments with his humor.

Sk: Chcel znížiť napätie.
En: He wanted to ease the tension.

Sk: Ale Adela vedela, že Marekov postoj môže ohroziť cvičenie.
En: But Adela knew that Marek's attitude could jeopardize the drill.

Sk: „Potrebujeme to zvládnuť, Marek.
En: "We need to master this, Marek.

Sk: Musíme byť pripravení,“ povedala pevne.
En: We have to be prepared," she said firmly.

Sk: Marekovi došlo, že sa s tým teraz nezahrá, a tak len prikývol na znamenie, že berie jej slová vážne.
En: Marek realized that this was no joke, and so he simply nodded to show he took her words seriously.

Sk: Zuzana sa cítila nepohodlne.
En: Zuzana felt uncomfortable.

Sk: Vedela, že je dôležitou súčasťou cvičení, ale predstava úniku z uzavretého priestoru ju znervózňovala.
En: She knew she was an important part of the drills, but the idea of escaping from a confined space made her nervous.

Sk: Adela si všimla jej nepokoj.
En: Adela noticed her unease.

Sk: „Zuzana, mohla by si sa postarať o únikovú trasu pri dverách?
En: "Zuzana, could you take care of the escape route by the door?

Sk: Budeš mať prehľad a blízko k vzduchu,“ navrhla Adela.
En: You'll have oversight and be close to the air," suggested Adela.

Sk: Zuzana vedela, že to je pre ňu výzva, ale zobrala to ako príležitosť prekonať samú seba.
En: Zuzana knew this was a challenge for her, but she took it as an opportunity to overcome herself.

Sk: Keď zaznel signál na začiatok cvičenia, napätie vzrástlo.
En: When the signal for the start of the exercise sounded, tension rose.
