Mortgage rates fell this week to their lowest level in nearly a year due to widespread expectations that the Federal Reserve will cut rates next week.  The average 30-year fixed mortgage rate fell to 6.35%. That’s the lowest level since October.  But there is still one major problem with the housing market and we’ll let you know what it is, today on the Jon Sanchez Show at 3pm.
