Tomorrow evening ( 9/12) Chris Darlington will perform a special concert at City Park in Parkersburg. It's part of the celebration of DJ Daniels, a 13 year old child who has been going across the country being sworn in by as many law enforcement agencies as possible while going through his cancer journey.
