Sl: Svetloba se je prebila skozi razpokano okno, obarvajoč tla zapuščene skladišča v zlatih tonih zgodnje jeseni.
En: The light broke through the cracked window, coloring the floor of the abandoned warehouse in golden tones of early autumn.
Sl: Atmosfera je bila napolnjena z nostalgično skrivnostjo, kot da so stene same šepetale zgodbe iz preteklosti.
En: The atmosphere was filled with nostalgic mystery, as if the walls themselves whispered stories from the past.
Sl: Na pragu je stal Matevž, z rokami v žepih, skeptičen kot vedno.
En: On the threshold stood Matevž, with his hands in his pockets, skeptical as always.
Sl: Ob njem je stala njegova mlajša sestra, Jasna, radovedna in odločna.
En: Beside him was his younger sister, Jasna, curious and determined.
Sl: "Morala sva priti sem," je dejala Jasna.

Sl: "Oče je tukaj nekaj skrival.

Sl: "Matevž je vzdihnil in se ozrl okoli sebe.
En: Matevž sighed and looked around.
Sl: "Naj gre hitro.
En: "Let's make this quick.
Sl: Ne maram starih skrivnosti.
En: I don't like old secrets.
Sl: Želim nadaljevati.
En: I want to move on."
Sl: "Sklad je bil zaprašen, police visoke in polne pozabljenih strojev.
En: The warehouse was dusty, the shelves tall and full of forgotten machines.
Sl: Pristopila sta bližje, pazljivo izbirajoč korake, saj so tla škripala.
En: They approached closer, carefully choosing their steps, as the floor creaked.
Sl: Medtem ko sta hodila, so med njima vstajala stara nesoglasja.
En: As they walked, old disagreements arose between them.
Sl: Matevž se ni mogel znebiti občutka, da je njegova mlajša sestra preveč zaupljiva.
En: Matevž couldn't shake the feeling that his younger sister was too trusting.
Sl: Jasna pa ga je želela vključiti in odkriti očetovo skrivnost, ki je bila zakopana leta.
En: Jasna, on the other hand, wanted to involve him and uncover their father’s secret, which had been buried for years.
Sl: "Kaj misliš, da je skrival?
En: "What do you think he was hiding?"
Sl: " je previdno vprašal Matevž.
En: Matevž cautiously asked.

En: "Something important.

En: They puffed up to the old iron doors at the end of the large room.
Sl: Bila so polpriprta.
En: They were half open.
Sl: Ko sta vstopila, je Matevž s svetilko razkril očetovo staro pisarno.
En: As they entered, Matevž revealed their father's old office with a flashlight.
Sl: Police so bile polne map in škatel s starimi dokumenti.
En: The shelves were full of folders and boxes of old documents.
Sl: Jasna je začela brskati po papirjih.
En: Jasna began to rummage through the papers.
Sl: Nenadoma je naletela na skrivni predelek.
En: Suddenly, she stumbled upon a secret compartment.
Sl: Bil je skrit za omaro.
En: It was hidden behind a cabinet.
