En: Cian was walking the rugged paths, escaping from the burdens of daily life.

Ga: Bhí gá aige le socracht aigne, le soiléireacht chun a shaothar agus a shaoil pearsanta a rialáil.
En: He needed peace of mind and clarity to manage his work and personal life.

Ga: Agus é ag breathnú amach ar an spéirling mhórthimpeall, bhraith Cian é féin ag sciorradh ar charraig dheiseal.
En: As he looked out at the whirlwind around him, Cian felt himself slipping on a slick rock.

Ga: Mhothaigh sé an géarphian in a mhata ag casadh deiseal agus thit sé ar a glúine.
En: He felt the sharp pain in his ankle as he twisted it and fell to his knees.

Ga: "A Thiarna!
En: "Lord!"

Ga: " ar sé go caite.
En: he exclaimed helplessly.

Ga: Bhí pianta anála ag teacht le gach céim a thóg Cian agus bhí gortphian a rúitín ag éirí níos fearr.
En: Every step Cian took brought with it the pain of breathing, and the throbbing pain in his ankle was getting worse.

Ga: Chaith sé isteach a rogha: ar chóir dó géilleadh do chorp agus filleadh, nó an mbeadh ionadh aigne air chuige socair agus machnamh?
En: He contemplated his choices: should he give in to his body and return, or would he find enough mental strength to remain calm and reflect?

Ga: Rinne Cian cinneadh neirbhíseach.
En: Cian made a tentative decision.

Ga: Shiúil sé go dtí crann a bhí níos faide anonn, faoi scáth léaraí mirc-aerlach.
En: He walked to a tree further on, under the shadow of its whispering branches.

Ga: Bhí cath ag fás laistigh, ní amháin leis an bpian fisiceach, ach leis an dúbailt emotáis sin a bhain leis an saol baile.
En: A battle was growing inside him, not only with the physical pain but with the tangled emotions related to his home life.

Ga: D'éirigh leis suí síos agus dún sé a shúile.
En: He managed to sit down and close his eyes.

Ga: Thosaigh sé a machnamh, ag cuimhneamh ar adhmad na bhfarraige, ar chrith na duilleoga.
En: He began to meditate, thinking of the sea woods and the rustling leaves.

Ga: Reáchtáil smaoineamh tríd Cian.
En: A thought ran through Cian's mind.

Ga: Thuig sé gurb é an cúis lena a dhóite cois charraigeanna ná a neamhábaltacht glacadh sos – slí chun éalú.
En: He realized that the reason for his exhaustion by the rocks was his inability to take a break—a way to escape.

Ga: Is minic a bhí sé ag obair tríd an bpian gnó – rud éigin a bhí níos tábhachtaí.
En: He often worked through the pain of business—something he considered more important.

Ga: Ach anseo, ar imeall imeall na háilleachta, tuigeann sé go bhfuil sé ceartglan os cionn an chuirimirí.
En: But here, on the edge of beauty, he understood he was truly beyond the noise.

Ga: Ní gá d'éinne leanúint uilig féinastuamhlacht.
En: No one needs to push themselves relentlessly.

Ga: Leann sé ar aghaidh le nár shíl cad a bhí idir lámh acu l
