Episode 327
I want to hear your thoughts about the show and this episode. Text us here...
I just returned from a weekend in New York City, and it stirred up more than I expected. Between a $24 martini, a glam squad at the hotel, and the reminder of life waiting for me back home, I found myself reflecting on the roles we play — and how old patterns have a way of resurfacing, even when we think we’ve outgrown them.
In this episode, I talk about what it feels like to live in two worlds: the confident entrepreneur I’ve worked so hard to become and the daughter who sometimes slips back into old family dynamics.
If you’ve ever felt torn between who you are now and the roles you used to play, this conversation is for you.
I would love to hear your thoughts on my thoughts in this episode. Feel free to tag me on social or email at Julie@goconfidentlycoaching.com
