Hello this is Jonathan Jay - and welcome to episode 150 of the Business Buying Strategies podcast. 

This week I want you to meet Rob Schut, who after working in the aircraft parts and machinery business for a number of years decided to build for his future by acquiring businesses. 
 
Interestingly, despite Rob's considerable business experience, he found the negotiation of the price and payment terms for his first acquisition the most challenging part of the process. We'll hear what he did to overcome his negotiating reticence shortly - but I started by asking Rob what attracted him to acquiring a business in the first place.
