Season 1 Published 4 years, 6 months ago
Description
Deer are 17th Century Colonial Food. But because they are seen as free, and not well managed, they quickly fall off the regular American Menu. Learn about the toughest meat everyone ate for a few years, but then only the richest and poorest ended up eating… and still eat today.

Venison will go largely into eclipse, but not the deer antler handle.
