This musical frog species is only found in Taiwan | Ep38
Description
While first observed in the 1980s, this new frog species was not recognized as being its own distinct, endemic Taiwanese species until 2025. When compared to its closest counterpart, the species is smaller in size with higher-pitched, faster vocalization patterns.
