The client and coach relationship is a two-way street. However, both clients and coaches can lose sight of this truth. A client has the responsibility to show up and put the work in. A coach has just as much, if not more, responsibility to ask the questions that will guide their client to understanding what is crucial to work on and why they need to work on it.  

Clients often ask their coaches the wrong questions. But how do we fix that? Today, Chelsey and I discuss how we uncover the real obstacles our clients have by getting to the root of why there is a problem in the first place.
