In this episode, we embrace the arrival of spring, despite the lingering cold and snow. I share a personal reflection on the "spin cycle" of repetitive thoughts that can disrupt our peace of mind. Drawing from a conversation with a dear friend, I explore how unresolved emotions can manifest as these recurring thoughts, much like shoes clunking in a dryer. I discuss the importance of acknowledging these feelings and consciously shifting from a "spin cycle" to a "love cycle" by focusing on positive outcomes and acceptance.
Additionally, I introduce a free "love experiment" featuring seven powerful songs that have helped me elevate my mood and pursue my dreams. I also share my recent involvement with an orphanage in El Salvador, supporting girls who have survived human trafficking and abuse. This initiative aims to empower these young survivors with life skills and financial literacy, including the use of Bitcoin, to help them build a secure future. Join me in celebrating spring by planting something new and embracing the season of growth and renewal.
