West Virginia Governor Patrick Morrisey wants to see some significant changes to the state's Public Employees Insurance Agency (PEIA) and there may be a special session of the legislature in September to implement some of those changes. Tom Susman spoke with Delegate Matt Rohrbach (R-Cabell), who is the point man in the House for PEIA, on what some of those changes could be and how some in House are feeling about a special session.
