Emily McKinney and her boyfriend, Joe Johnson, are accused of lying to Kentucky State Police troopers about a dog attacking Emily's 10-month-old child. The attack happened in March 2024 and left the child with serious head injuries. Troopers said McKinney and Johnson lied about the dog that attacked the baby being a stray when it was actually Joe's dog.
