The San Francisco Giants erupted for a season-high 15 runs as they pushed their win streak to six games, taking down the Baltimore Orioles 15-8 tonight at Oracle Park. The offense was humming all game long as the San Francisco Giants scored in all but one inning and tallied 18 total hits. Luis Matos continued his recent tear at the dish as he picked up four hits, including a solo home run, and three RBI. Unfortunately for the San Francisco Giants, some bad news was delivered today, as Randy Rodriguez will likely require Tommy John surgery and will miss extensive time next season, as well as the rest of this season.
