The comeback story I share today isn't what you might expect. After years of narcissistic turbulence, identity loss, and questioning everything I thought I knew, my healing didn't come through more striving. It came through rest, self-compassion, inner child work, and most surprisingly, rediscovering playfulness. The transformation began when I stopped trying to present a "serious professional" image and embraced the colorful, symbolic, and sometimes silly nature of spiritual connection.

The universe, I've discovered, has an incredible sense of humor. When I channel, my guides don't deliver stern lectures—they show playful metaphors and visuals. When I ask for signs, they appear as butterflies, deer crossing my path, or perfectly timed messages on random yard signs. This mirrors how our subconscious communicates through dreams: in symbols and feelings rather than logical sentences. What if we approached our spiritual journey with this same lightness? What if, instead of treating healing as another item on our to-do list, we recognized that our souls long to laugh, create, and yes—even jump on trampolines in the middle of the day?
