Morgan Wallen slapped with big fine, country music is (baby) booming | Music City Minute

Description
Nearly every city in the US has a hard curfew. Realistically, that timeline can be pushed out if there’s technical difficulties or a rain delay. However, in Morgan Wallen's case, he was just really feeling his show last Friday in Foxborough, Massachusetts. It was the first night of back-to-back sold out shows that Gillette Stadium, and the "Whiskey Glasses" singer broke curfew by 14 minutes. Even though that doesn’t sound like a big deal, unfortunately, that 14 minutes will cost Wallen nearly $16,000 in fines. Heck, that's a drop the bucket for the 32-year-old country star, who I’m sure had no regrets over his performance that night.

I told you there was something in the water in Nashville! Thomas Rhett and Lauren Akins are the latest couple to announce they’ve got a country bumpkin on the way. So far, the family has four girls, and it’ll be interesting to see if that streak will be broken with a baby boy or if Rhett will continue to be the ultimate girl dad.

I'm Sheena, and that's your Music City Minute.
