Episode Details

In Part Two we cover Germany's attempt to destroy Britain's RAF and crush morale with the firebombing of London and other cities. The bombing continues throughout 1940 and midway through 1941- causing 23,000 civilian deaths and leaving many thousands homeless or orphaned. Also covered- pilots from over 20 countries respond to fly for the RAF.
