Emmet Sheehan dominated for seven scoreless innings and Andy Pages put runs on the board every time he came to the plate as the Los Angeles Dodgers shut out the Reds, 7-0. Elsewhere, the Mariners beat the Padres and the Mets beat the Phillies, so the Dodgers gained ground in both the NL West division race and the race for a first-round postseason bye. All in all, it was a very good night for the Dodgers and Dodger fans, and Jeff Snider is here to talk all about it.
