About the guest - Mattia Montanari:

Mattia Montanari started producing wine 23 years ago in 2002. He is a first generation winemaker,  even though he actually studied and graduated in economics. It was early on that he decided that he preferred grapes to numbers and his mission from the beginning at Opera has been to elevate and associate Lambrusco with quality and innovation.
