Season 2 Episode 76

Season 2, Episode #76. Not Me, But You! Podcast. I talk about "market jitters" with the stock market and crypto currency markets. This is a temporary situation. This too, shall pass. Keep DCA (dollar cost averaging) into your favorite assets. Why? Because wealthy people buy/hold assets!

If you want to message me you can use the "fan mail" messaging feature on this podcast. Or if you want to connect to me, you can follow me on X (formerly Twitter) at Waypa Today.

Be like Warren Buffet in the sense that when the market goes down, instead of panicking, buy MORE! Do the opposite of what "the crowd" is doing. Be a contrarian investor. The only time I'm NOT buying more of an asset when it declines in price is IF I no longer believe in the value of the asset. If I BELIEVE it has value and future value, then I'm buying more. If I do NOT believe in the asset anymore, then I'm probably selling my shares and taking my money and rotating it into something different.

I do a quick review of options contracts. Cash secured puts and covered calls which are also known as: "the options wheel strategy." Being an options SELLER can bring you cash flow, by simply pressing buttons on your phone!

How to use "cold storage" to securely store your Bitcoin. Rotate dividend money into less risky ETF's like QQQI and SPYI.

At your favorite online brokerage, have 3 accounts: 1) regular brokerage account 2) Traditional IRA and 3) Roth IRA.

Have courage today, to pick one thing, and work on your dreams. We will talk again soon.

I'm not a financial advisor. This podcast is for education/entertainment purposes only. You will need to do your own research and accept responsibility for the results of any money you choose to invest. I love using Schwab.com to buy/sell stocks/ETF's/closed end funds/options. Schwab has a very user friendly app/website and their customer service is excellent. I can easily get to speak to a human being whenever I have questions.
