It’s Prophecy Friday, and we’ll read the book of Haggai. Two chapters. I’m calling this episode “A Prophetic Glimpse of Jesus.“

Summary

The book of Haggai discusses the rebuilding of the Temple after the Babylonian exile. The prophet encourages the people to prioritize this task and predicts the coming of the Messiah, referred to as the “Desire of All Nations.” The verses highlight Jesus as the true temple and source of peace. Beloved, we must point people to Him.
