Summary

One of the things we find in Deuteronomy 15 is the idea of giving without expecting returns. When we do this, it prevents disappointment and helps those truly in need. The passage suggests that God rewards generosity, as seen in Luke 6:38. While we can expect blessings, we can’t manipulate God. Genuine, cheerful giving leads to meaningful blessings.
