Identification – Recognizing the wound through introspection or guidance.
Acceptance – Acknowledging it with compassion, not resistance.
Regulation – Using tools like neurovascular holds to calm the nervous system.
Healing – Engaging in practices such as journaling, inner child work, or professional support.
