- Souls are Saved – Jethro rejoiced to hear of Israel’s deliverance, reminding us that the greatest victory is when a soul is set free by the power of God.
- Strategy is Set – God’s work is never without order. Jethro counseled Moses to appoint leaders so the burden could be shared, showing us that God’s plan always involves wisdom and structure.
- Servants are Sent – The task is too great for one person. God raises up servants to help bear the load, so that His people may be led well and His name glorified.
