She also co-authored three other books and wrote numerous articles for magazines in the U.S. and Africa, where she has been featured by multiple media outlets. In 2021/22, she hosted her own TV show titled What’s Your Spark?
Regina is a Conversational Intelligence (C-IQ)® Enhanced Skills Practitioner. She created three signature coaching frameworks: Powerful Leadership Transformation (PLT)™ , New-Paradigm Leadership (NPL)™ and Get Your Dream Salary™.
