I Can't Believe It's Butter Laugh

Send us a text

In Laughter Yoga, we don't rely on jokes to laugh. We simulate laughter with different exercises.

But Laughter Yoga allows us to find more humor in every things.

I tried butter for the first time this week! Thanks to Laughter Yoga, this gave me a good laugh!

Laugh with me:

Breathe in. Sigh Out.

Breathe in. Smile as you exhale.

Breathe in. Laugh gently as you exhale.

Send me a note and tell me what you found humor in today!

What is Laughter Yoga?

Laughter Yoga is not comedy. We are choosing to laugh as an exercise for the well-being of the mind, body, and spirit.

The body can't distinguish between spontaneous "real" laughter or simulated laughter. Even if we are simulating (or faking) the laughter, we are still getting all of the incredible benefits of laughter. How cool is that!

Be gentle with yourself.

Remember, choosing to laugh is a practice, and one of the greatest gifts you can give yourself.
