The American Academy of Pediatrics recently called for an end to religious exemptions for childhood vaccines. The West Virginia Board of Education continues to defy state/federal law as well as Gov. Morrisey's Executive Order on granting religious exemptions. In contrast, the Federal Office for Civil Rights affirms religious exemptions and is threatening to withhold millions in Federal funding.
