Workouts in! Shoulders, rows, deadlifts and then the run! 6.02 km in 1 hr 12 min 15 seconds and… got ALL the pull ups with weight vest done! Maybe time to change this up?
Internet getting buggy, something must be up!

And makes me think of climate change! And the Zeta Reticula star system Is there a manufacturing hub for space ship parts??
