This is an interesting section, and one of the more compelling moments for me is that instant where Andel gets to see the expression on Jyrene's face change in an intense and dramatic fashion when she attempt to initiate some other prisoners into the Sleepless. He has one very rational and understandable interpretation, but I am not sure I totally agree with it based on the information I'm working with.
