I have to say, while I'm super sad that this show is over, I feel that this finale was a perfect stopping place, in terms of the overall arc for the show's growth as well as tonally being a little melancholy but mostly hopeful. I think it's a good indicator that a TV series ended when it should if you're feeling both sad but satisfied.
