Body camera footage from Newport, Rhode Island, shows the arrest of Special Assistant Attorney General Devon Flanagan on August 14, 2025, for willful trespassing after she and a friend were asked to leave the Clarke Cooke House restaurant. The video captures Flanagan repeatedly asserting her title as an "AG" and demanding officers turn off their body cameras, to which they responded that they were not required to comply.
