El: Ο ήλιος έλαμπε ζεστός στον καλοκαιρινό ουρανό της Αθήνας.
En: The sun was shining warmly in the summer sky of Athina.
El: Ο Δημήτρης, η Σοφία και οι συμμαθητές τους επισκέπτονταν το Μουσείο της Ακρόπολης.
En: Dimitris, Sofia, and their classmates were visiting the Mouseio tis Akropolis.
El: Ο Δημήτρης ήταν ενθουσιασμένος.
En: Dimitris was excited.
El: Ονειρευόταν να γίνει αρχαιολόγος και η σκέψη ότι θα έβλεπε αληθινά αρχαία αγάλματα και αντικείμενα τον έκανε να χαμογελά.
En: He dreamed of becoming an archaeologist, and the thought that he would see real ancient statues and objects made him smile.
El: Η Αναστασία, η νέα τους δασκάλα της ιστορίας, τους περίμενε στην είσοδο.
En: Anastasia, their new history teacher, was waiting for them at the entrance.
El: "Παιδιά, προσέξτε και μείνετε κοντά μου", είπε με ενθουσιασμό.
En: "Children, be careful and stay close to me," she said with enthusiasm.
El: "Η αρχαία Ελλάδα έχει πολλά να μας δείξει σήμερα!
En: "Ancient Ellada has much to show us today!"
El: "Κάπως αργότερα, καθώς η ομάδα περπατούσε στη μεγάλη αίθουσα με τα μαρμάρινα αγάλματα, ένας φύλακας εμφανίστηκε αναστατωμένος.
En: A bit later, as the group was walking through the large hall with the marble statues, a guard appeared upset.
El: Έλειπε ένα σημαντικό αρχαίο αντικείμενο.
En: A significant ancient object was missing.
El: Οι φωνές του προσωπικού και του φύλακα προκάλεσαν αναταραχή.
En: The staff's and the guard's voices caused a commotion.
El: Ο Δημήτρης αποφάσισε ότι έπρεπε να το βρει.
En: Dimitris decided he needed to find it.
El: "Σοφία, πρέπει να το βρούμε πριν κάποιος το κάνει στα χέρια του", της ψιθύρισε.
En: "Sofia, we must find it before someone gets their hands on it," he whispered to her.
El: Η Σοφία, ελαφρώς ανήσυχη, συμφώνησε.
En: Sofia, slightly anxious, agreed.
El: "Μα πώς θα το κάνουμε αυτό, Δημήτρη;
En: "But how will we do that, Dimitris?"
El: ""Θα πάμε στο περιορισμένο τμήμα του μουσείου", είπε με αυτοπεποίθηση.
En: "We'll go to the restricted section of the museum," he said with confidence.
El: "Εκεί πιθανότατα έχει μεταφερθεί κατά λάθος.
En: "It's likely it was accidentally moved there."
El: "Περίμεναν μια στιγμή απροσεξίας της φρουράς.
En: They waited for a moment of inattention from the guard.
El: Σιγά σιγά, μπήκαν απαρατήρητοι στο πίσω μέρος του μουσείου.
En: Slowly, they slipped unnoticed into the back of the museum.
El: Εκεί υπήρχαν πολλά κουτιά και λίγα φώτα.
En: There were many boxes and few lights.
El: Το μέρος είχε μια μυστηριώδη ατμόσφαιρα.
En: The place had a mysterious atmosphere.
El: Μετά από λίγο, η ματιά τους σταμάτησε σε ένα μικρό χάλκινο αντικείμενο που ήταν τοποθετημένο δίπλα σε λάθος έκθεμα.
En: After a while, their eyes stopped on a small bronze object placed next to the wrong exhibit.
El: Ήταν το χαμένο αντικείμενο!
En: It was the missing item!
El: "Εδώ είναι!
En: "Here it is!"
El: " φώναξε σιγανά ο Δημήτρης και η Σοφία χαμογέλασε ανακουφισμένη.
En: Dimitris whispered softly, and Sofia smiled relieved.
El: Οι δυο τους έτρεξαν πίσω και κάλεσαν την Αναστασία.
En: The two of them ran back and called Anastasia.
El: Η δασκάλα τους κατάλαβε γρήγορα τι είχε συμβεί και ενημέρωσε το προσωπικό.
