This weekend was a full circle moment. I went from being an attendee at this event multiple years in a row to being the one speaking on stage as a top binge eating coach.
In 2017 when I was an attendee at this event, I was binge eating, obsessing over everything I ate. I was insecure in my own skin. I knew that the first step to feeling unstoppable was healing my relationship with food.
Healing your relationship with food isn’t just about stoping when you’re full & no longer thinking about food all day. It’s about becoming the unstoppable badass within you aka the woman you’ve always known you were. Stepping into your full potential. Showing yourself what you’re really capable of
This is the result of conquering binge eating, falling deeply in love with myself & creating a badass movement that helps badasses from around the world do the same
This is what the unstoppable badass event 2.0 is all about. Healing your relationship with food but most importantly healing the relationship you have with yourself so you can feel like a badass in your own skin, love the woman you’ve become & have a peaceful relationship with food that feels effortless.
The result of that? Your life feels like magic every single day. Your life is so full of joy, you don’t need to self soothe with food. You’re in a body that feels like yours. You’re present, calm & grounded throughout the day. You develop unshakeable confidence & you’re living a life you once dreamt of
The UNSTOPPABLE Badass Event 2.0 is happening next year in TORONTO!!!!
If you want to be in a room with incredible badasses from around the world who see you as the badass you truly are, feel a deep sense of connection & rise together to conquer binge eating, become more intimate with your partner & show up as your most authentic self without doubt or comparison, this event is for you.
