Morning Mantra: “Judge me when you're perfect, otherwise, get lost.”
I love this quote because we all know that no one is perfect, therefore, no one has the right to judge. We are not here to judge each other anyway; we are here to lift each other up.
When we criticize, condemn, blame, denounce or find fault, we lower our own vibration to one that does not attract what you need to be YOUR best self. By judging others we blind ourselves to our own faults and to the grace that others are just as entitled to.
If you find yourself wanting to judge, maybe ask yourself, "What is it in me that is creating this need to feel better than them"?
"What is holding me back from compassion, understanding and love?"
Then, do the work to change that.
The happiest people I know are always evaluating and improving themselves, the unhappy people are judging others and never look inward.
