Izzi and Daniel open the dialogue with a handful of the sports that Izzi had competed in. Izzi is the first guest that does NoT have a singular dominant sport instead, she is a multi-sport athlete. Izzi constantly chased the hunger for becoming the best in multiple athletic avenues and ultimately found her sound in women's wrestling. As Izzi took on her gym rat work ethic, Izzi discusses not being able to remove that itch for wrestling which now is pushing her down the MMA route. Daniel ends the show with giving Izzi her flowers with her mental outlook being her most dominant weapon.
