The children of Israel are almost ready to build the Tabernacle. All of the details have been explained by the Lord. The calamity of the idolatry of the Golden Calf is now behind them. God has restored the covenant with the children of Israel. All that is left before the construction of the Tabernacle is gathering the materials and the willingness of the people. Exodus 35 is all about both of these things.
